$88 - Sessions 1+2 - March 14 & 15 (Open to experienced Ishtara movers)
For any vulva-owners over 18. No prior experience necessary for Session 1.
This workshop is somatic and energetic in nature and does not involve sexual instruction or partner interaction.

What to Expect
Day 1: Body Quest for Love
For Beginners + Advanced Movers · No prior experience necessary
Through guided exercises and moving meditation, we attune to our bodies’ sensations and longings as intelligent signals leading us toward love and fulfillment. We explore how to invite in our Inner Lover: present, responsive, and devoted to meeting your desires.

Learn or deepen the foundations of moving meditation
Cultivate a profoundly loving relationship with your body

Leave with practical ways to meet those desires in daily life — in ways your body can truly feel
For newcomers to Ishtara, this session stands alone and offers a powerful introduction. For advanced practitioners, it deepens body love and prepares you for Session 2.
Journaling, reflection, and integration
Day 2: Unleashing Your Inner Lover
For those who’ve completed Ishtara Level 2 (Body Trinity / Body Personality)
This advanced session explores what allows love — pleasure, care, intimacy — to actually land in the body and expand your experience of it.
Using the Ishtara Body Personality framework, we work with three inner forces that shape your capacity to receive love:
❋ Protectors / ProtectressesWhat patterns or energies block you from feeling love fully? How might they become allies rather than constraints?
❋ LiberatorsWhat creates the safety and permission for your Inner Lover to emerge?
❋ CreatrixesWhat is the most resourced expression of your Inner Lover? What becomes possible when love fully meets your body?
