A vision quest led by your body’s wisdom. Join us for a guided practice of moving meditation and intuitive dance - accompanied by live improvised music - that draws on somatic and psychological principles to bring you into a state of embodied awareness. Access greater clarity, expanded consciousness, and wellbeing.
